MyBack9 provides general fitness information. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor or physical therapist. Stretch to mild tension, never pain, and stop if something hurts. Talk to your doctor before starting if you have an injury, a medical condition, or recent surgery. You use the program at your own risk.
Purchases and access
The 28-night workbook is a one-time purchase of $27 (plus the optional $9 Pre-Round Warm-Up card) that gives you personal access to your workbook and tracker, delivered instantly after payment. Your access link is personal to you. Please don't share it.
Refund policy
MyBack9 is a digital product delivered instantly, so all purchases are non-refundable.
We ask that you complete the full 28-night program before requesting a refund. If you've done all 28 nights and you're not satisfied, email hello@myback9.com with your name and the email you used at checkout. We review every request individually, one-on-one, and any exception is at our discretion.
The Back Nine membership
If you join The Back Nine, your card is charged the monthly price shown when you join, starting after night 28 of your program, and every month after that until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the "Next up" tab in your workbook (Manage or cancel membership) or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges. Charges already made are covered by the refund policy above.
Text message terms
Program: MyBack9 nightly reminders. What you'll get: one recurring automated reminder each night at the time you choose, with a link to that night's session, plus occasional service messages about your program. Frequency: one message a day. Message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP or email hello@myback9.com. Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of purchase. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Your workbook is for your personal use. Don't resell, copy, or redistribute it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to MyBack9 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
